distraught

It's like a coin toss that you want to be rigged, when everything's against your conscience and you just don't know whether to accelerate or not.
It's like a game of spin the bottle where you want the bottle to only point to one person, and when the bottle's almost ready to point that direction, that person leaves the seat.
Like water through your palms, seeping through the tiny gaps in your fingers. There's no way you can "preserve" all of it. It's a rather confusing feeling.

Your mind says no but your heart wants to say yes. Be smart or listen to your heart, I don't think I can consider it a decision that I have to make, only time will tell.

Yes or no, it's a tough question I never thought I needed to answer.
I'm coming back with a goal
and nothing is gonna' stop me.
